We are really touched by the staff who helped us because we had a punctured tyre. The car rental company will not change our car be ayse they are based in Sofia. There is no spare tyre and no proper gear. If not for Hristiyan, we would not be able to drive the car at all. He helped us remove the punctured tyre, drove us to the tyre shop and communicated with the owner (who doesn't speak English). If we had been stranded on the roadside, we wouldn't know what to do. The room is clean and the breakfast spread is amazing! Highly recommended!

The room facilities are old, the heavier European style, the environment is quiet; breakfast is the kind of fixed food, but also all Western style; parking is free.
