Location is nice if you like nature but it’s far from the downtown and no nearby place to buy food. I booked a room for 3 adults and the picture from trip.con showed 3 beds but the one they gave us is only 2 beds. They always forget to bring extra towel and water and coffee supply (we always have to ask the reception for it).  I like that there’s a swimming but food in the restaurant is expensive. Make sure you buy food from outside but no ref in the room to keep it.

Breakfast is average, the environment is OK. That is, the window cannot be opened. The attitude of the service staff is good, the access is also convenient, next to the supermarket and cinema and shopping center

The room is quite big. It's in a big mall. It's very convenient to eat. It's just very close to the bus station. There's traffic jam every day.

Although Ctrip actively communicated with it, it was booked by Ctrip’s European agency. Due to the time difference, I have not yet gone to work. I have no choice but to do it myself. Pay the deposit to move in and wait for Ctrip to continue communicating the next day. Tossing around for nearly two hours.

Now this hotel has improved a lot compared to before, whether it is service facilities or environment, but after all, it is a hotel with a period of time. The facilities are very old and even some moldy. The walk back and forth in the corridor at night is a bit noisy. It is best to set a window.

A very good hotel, cheaper than le santuario, the service is much better than them, the chalet living room has a grill, the bedroom is also available, and the breakfast buffet service is very good, the view is also very good. If you like living in the mountains and water, you can go here.

The hotel is very close to the airport, next to shopping malls, Wal-Mart and Sam supermarkets, relatively safe environment; belongs to the town near the airport; the rooms are clean and sanitary, all disinfected, is a good choice for transfer;

First of all, the location is slightly remote, with two classic cars at the door. Sometimes there is only one person at the front desk, and English is not good. When we went to the airport, the front desk said that they did not have a free bus to give a black taxi. Breakfast is OK.

I don't know why there is a DoubleTree by Hilton in a small city like Toluca. I don't think the location of the hotel is good, the opposite is the ruined building, which is in sharp contrast. There is Uber in the city and it takes about 15 minutes to the city center. The hotel may not open some facilities such as swimming pool to save money. But the environment is still good.
