I stayed at the hotel and checked in at 2 p.m. I had requested a twin bed, and while the room had two beds, they were joined as one. I was told someone would come to separate them and change the bedsheets, but I waited for almost two hours with no one coming, even after calling several times. I finally went down to speak to the front desk manager. He was very understanding and apologized for the delay. He promised to investigate and offered me a free breakfast as a service recovery. I really appreciate his professional attitude and the way he handled the situation. Thank you for the great service recovery. nice to meet you This was my first time choosing this hotel in Sohar, and I thought the location was good. I think the service is average. The room was spacious and fairly clean. I might use it again if I have a chance next time.

Excellent stay. The reception staff is very friendly. Mohammed and khulood are very welcoming. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The room has all the amenities including clean linen. Neel at the restaurant was excellent. Along with the morning restaurant staff was very helpful & kind to us.

It is OK for local hotels, don't ask too much. The service is very good, there are requirements to respond, there is a free coffee machine in the lobby, and the hotel environment is also very good.
