It was very conveniently located just a short walk from Alameda Central. There was a taco shop right near the hotel, so I could easily grab some if I got hungry. The room was spacious and comfortable. Water was provided. There was no toothbrush. I didn't mind it too much, but the room? Or the TV stand? was tilted, and the drawers wouldn't close and stayed open. Also, even though I'd already paid online, I was charged for my stay there. Fortunately, they quickly refunded me after I explained that I'd already paid online. I was able to leave my luggage after checking in. Overall, I didn't have any particular issues.

Good location. Breakfast is ok, however guests have to queue to get in the restaurant, as they check for each room in their system, if breakfast is included or not. Because of this, in peak hour it may be necessary to queue 15 minutes or more to enter the breakfast room. Providing guests with breakfast vouchers upon check in would be more efficient.

Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! Thanks Hotel Marquis Reforma! See you soon.

The hotel design color is bold, the service is very good, the luggage is old people, warm and thoughtful, the restaurant is also beautiful, very safe area. The hotel goes out and turns right for 10 minutes to the bustling Reform Avenue. Many restaurants, shops, fashion, and green plants are beautiful.

The location is nice. Given Mexico's nature, it seems like a bonus to have a fire pit. The hair dryer was damaged, so I had it repaired five days later. The swimming pool is small. There's one jumping jack and one bike in the pool. The shower is a bit dirty, so I can't even use the shower. The water is a bit muddy. Take a good look.

I love this hotel, which was renovated into a modern style in an old building in the old city. The location is very good, a five-minute walk from the old city square and close to the Art Palace. Not far downstairs is the commercial street, where you can find great restaurants and food stalls. The front desk staff are very friendly and enthusiastic to provide information. The hygiene and service are good. Cleaning every day. Most importantly, I like the old building in the city center. It is very cool after the renovation. The interior decoration is modern and it feels safer. The canopy of the corridor will open and brighten during the day. The cool and gorgeous glass floor tiles are not smooth to drag the suitcase, but it is harmless. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the central air-conditioning power is not enough for heating. Mexico City is relatively cold at a high altitude. It can't be heated up for several hours after returning to the room.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

XXMGSKKThe hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.

AAnonymous UserI finished paying in advance with the app, but I said I couldn't confirm it, so I asked him to pay again, so he even confirmed the reservation number stored on his mobile phone and the contents of the payment, but he said he didn't know. After a long time, I didn't apologize for confirming that it was a trip.com app, but the room was also broken. It was replaced again soon. The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange. But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice. It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.

TTheVoyagerWe really loved staying at Tonala. The hotel is located in Roma Norte, a trendy neighbourhood in Mexico city. We could walk to all the nice restaurants ans cafes for food and drinks. There’s a really popular cafe downstairs for pastries, breakfast and coffee. And there’s a famous seafood restaurant as well as a fancy Michellin reservations-only restaurant next to it, right across the street from the hotel. Walking to the historic centre, La Condesa and the museuems took us about 15 minutes or so. The room is spacious and came with a great shower with working hot water. The air-cons worked really well in both the living and bed rooms. The laundry room is free to use from evening onwards. And the rooftop pool was great for a quick dip. Overall clean not just in our room but the stairs, lobby and rooftop and lift. Definitely 5-star and I would gladly stay there again when I next visit Mexico city.

GGuest UserThe room is not big, but it is enough for me. Towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, hair dryer, tissues, etc. are provided. Slippers and toothpaste and toothbrush need to be brought by yourself. The mineral water you catch up with is charged, but the cleaning staff will give you water for free. If not, it is also convenient to buy it outside. I think the location of this hotel is good. It looks like a busy area, close to Reform Avenue, surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, and is located in a relatively beautiful and safe street. The price is also good. In short, it is a very cost-effective hotel.
