A great location (near the city center, university, public transport stops, cafes and restaurants - all in step availability). Welcome and responsive staff. Delicious and saturated breakfasts. Of course, a single room needs cosmetic repair (+ noise isolation suffers if there are neighbors), but the price is fully in line with expectations, so it remains satisfied. For missions - what is necessary!
