La chambre est trop petite et le lit trop petit pour deux personnes. L’eau de la douche est pas chaude souvent il faut attendre trop longtemps. Impossible de mettre sa valise quelques part. Pas confortable dutout. Bonne situation géographique car bcp de resto à proximité. Petite piscine sur le toit chaude. Belle vue. Mais ne vaut pas son prix.

The location of the hotel is very good, in a high-class residential area on the hillside, it is very safe and you can walk at night. Downhill is the food street, with burger king and some local specialty restaurants, about 400 meters away from the hotel. The hotel service is very good, the English level at the front desk is good, they will greet every day when they come in and out, and the room hygiene is also very clean. The only shortcoming is that cleaning is relatively early, at 9-10 o'clock every day, people who want to sleep in may be more painful. The breakfast is simple, with bread, jamón and oatmeal. You can also let the chef make local special tomato scrambled eggs with cheese. There is a refrigerator in the room. The pictures below are some of the more delicious things near the hotel.

The hotel service is very good. You can check in even if you arrive early. The waiter is very nice and takes the initiative to help with the luggage. The only downside is that the person in charge of ordering breakfast only speaks Spanish, not English, which is a bit inconvenient.

The Fairfield Medellin Zabaneta is a luxury hotel located in Medellin, Colombia. The hotel is known for its excellent service, comfortable rooms and exquisite facilities.
First of all, the service at the hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always guest-focused and able to accommodate every need. Whether checking in or checking out, the process was very smooth and hassle-free.
Secondly, the hotel rooms are very comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, allowing you to sleep peacefully. The rooms are fully equipped, including TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, etc., providing an excellent accommodation experience.
In addition, the hotel facilities are also very beautiful. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel, offering a variety of food and drinks. In addition, the hotel also has facilities such as a gym, providing guests with a wealth of entertainment activities.

They have the big smart tv but they did not provide the remote and saying that all of the remote has been rented out . Ridiculous. The room is spacious and clean but you can’t get it by elevator directly. You need to go downstairs to get in.

GGuest UserThe facility was very nice and extremely well kept. The staff was attentive and helpful as needed. The room was a little small but not cramped. The included breakfast was always good. They say they have a restaurant, but if you want extra meals, you must negotiate a price, and you pretty much get what they are cooking for the meal, and not have a menu with pricing. The food was very good and the staff was attentive. The security for the facility was very good, as the entrance gate was always locked.
The website photos are accurate.
Luiz was my contact and he was great. We became friends. They even grow their own fruits and vegetables on the ranch.
My only criticism was my computer told me their security for their WiFi was out of date, and needs to be upgraded to the current version. At times the connection was a bit spotty in the room, but overall good.
Overall my stay was very nice. The access to the airport was excellent and the staff was very accommodating to arrange transportation to the airport at a reasonable price. Beware the taxi sharks you encounter at the airport upon your arrival.

They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

GGuest UserThe service was warm and efficient, and they checked me in quickly before showing me to the room and taking the time to explain how everything in the room worked. The location is excellent if you are looking to explore the lively area nearby, so that was a big plus for me. It is near public transport as well, so overall I would say it is in a very convenient location. Beware of the rooftop bar if you are trying to get to sleep early, so I would suggest asking for a room on a lower floor if you want a really good night's sleep.

Located above of Laureles area which makes it great to find night plans in a safe area. I highly recommend it, If you ate too sensitive to noises, just ask for a not exterior side, and high floor, it really worked for me. Curious thing, I loved the smell of everything new in there, cuz it’s literally a new Hotel that recently opened in that area 😃 You will not regret your stay; staff were very very nice too :)

Regarding the hotel itself, the staff is very pleasant, really friendly. The service they give is excellent, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. For example, the staff that made us breakfast, Mr. Juan Jose, made us feel at home. The front desk staff, the house keeping ..... you name it. In a few words, this hotel was the best option for us and the service was excellent.
