雪莲牦牛肉火锅

A local friend took us to this restaurant for two consecutive days. I have a bad stomach, so I wanted to order a shabu-shabu pot, but Punk ordered the red pot, and told me it was not spicy, so I could rest assured. In fact, it was not spicy at all. The base was obviously made by the owner himself, not purchased. It was not spicy but very fresh and fragrant. The yak meat was great, and the ox tongue was also great. The soup pot we had on the second day was also delicious, with half yak and half beef, and the vegetables were grown locally, the kind that would not be overcooked. It was a good deal~
