The ancient Roman Grand Theatre in Lyon, France, is on the Fuvier Hill. If you go down from the Fuvier Cathedral, there is a staircase on your left. It's just at sunset in the evening. The sunshine is not enough to make the Grand Theatre more desolate. It's hard to imagine that the Grand Theatre was built in the 2nd century A.D. to accommodate 10,000 people. It's close to today and can be maintained. It's intact, the whole structure is a bit like the Colosseum in Rome, but it's bigger and more powerful. Now the site is free, but there is no light at night. It's terrible. It's better to come during the day.
