连续吃了几年的店，餐厅位置好，老严家是德令哈最能聚集人气的餐厅之一。早些年去的时候都是本地人吃，那会味道好很多，这几年随着游客的大量涌入，这里几乎成了外地人的天下，所以质量下降还是很明显的。西北区域的炕羊排很有名也很好吃，他家做的只能说一般，早期做的好的那会值四星到四星半，现在我给三星到三星半。羊肉没以前好，量也少了，最重要的还是味道不对。哈哈，估计一般游客没吃过好的觉得这就还不错吧。这边用火的外焰烤的羊肉串加了大量调料腌制，味道一般，不推荐。他家酸奶也马马虎虎，给旅行团游客吃的级别。建议来玩的朋友住酒店的时候问问本地人都去哪吃，我记得略偏僻的一段城区有家好吃些的。
