The old gate of Galle is located in the northeast of the ancient city of Galle, and the appearance is a bit shabby. The gates are fortified warehouses and yellow Mediterranean-style buildings. The gate is not big, it is engraved with Dutch VOC (Verenigde Osstindische Compagnie), the Dutch East India Company, and later the British colonists occupied Galle, in order to facilitate the car access, the current new gate was built.
