Come to Hakata to eat ramen, of course, only eat the general store! Originally, after the plane landed in Fukuoka, I planned to eat Kawataro's live flower branch cuisine for lunch, but when I replaced JR PASS Kitakyushu and drew the Shinkansen designated seat and bought the fast SLやまぐち designated seat of the steam train C571, it took too much time to catch up with Kawataro. I had to leave my luggage in the hotel first and decided to change to the main name of the store in Yifengtang. We went to the main store of Yifengtang. The name of the store was first taken from the subway Hakata Station to the Tenjin Station. It took about 10 minutes to walk through the most lively Tenjin Xitong area. We will first see the Yilan Ramen Tenjin Xitong Branch, and then find the facade in the next alley. A little mini shop is a big one. The famous store (formerly known as Hakata Yifengtang General Store), but there is also a Yifengtang Xitong branch in the alley next to the famous store in Yifengtang. Be careful not to make a mistake and think this is our store. The rectangular space in the store is the same as the facade. There are only 2 tables for 4 people. The others are large tables shared by many people. There are three instructions on the foreign menu. The limited ramen of Yifengtang is the original flavor of "Yuanzu" Baimao and "Yuanzu" Akamaru New flavor. The white ball and red ball sold in other branches seem to be more powerful. There are three flavors of the noodles. In addition, there is a taste of Yifengtang multiple flavors/Yifengtang かさね flavor. The bottom of the soup is boiled with guinea bones and chicken bones. The name sounds quite domineering. However, we still ordered Yuanzu Baiwan. The soup head has a strong orthodox bone taste and no extra fishy smell. It is worthy of being the dominant player in the dolphin bone ramen world. The skin of the semi-cooked egg is tea-colored and the protein is elastic. The pork roast is also delicious. There are seasonings on the table that can be taken or even freshly ground black pepper or aromatic white sesame seeds. You can also ask the clerk to press garlic to add garlic mud. Add some Hakata local specialties Hakata fried dumplings. The outer skin of the dumplings is fried to some crispy and Q-flavored. The filling is very juicy and really delicious. It is worth a try. Finally, due to the greedy eating of the combination of Hakata specialties, Ming Prince Ming Prince Cover Rice, although it is only a simple combination of Ming Prince, Mei Nai, seaweed, Kohli dishes and white rice, but it is fully reconciled. It’s just a bit too full of stomachs. The ice tea in the store is very cool to eat ramen to relieve greasy. In summary, the ramen in Yifengtang can let me eat the mellow and deep dolphin bone soup at the bottom of the bowl before stopping. I really feel that Taiwan’s Yifengtang tastes super blind. It's so bad that I can't go back!
