jiuzhaigou is the place to be if love for nature is what you are looking. Take a high speed train from chengdu to Huanglong (if it's ready) The distance will be shorter compared to Zhenjiangguan station. We spent 2days at Jiuzhaigou National Park. No other vehicles are allowed into the park except the electric buses which will pickup passengers at the gate. The bus will drive up to the highest level of the national parks and passengers can get down and walk down to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the mountains.
