Going to Changbai Mountain is mainly to see Tianchi at the peak. There are several attractions under the mountain. Among them, Xiaotianchi is a small attraction. After getting off the eco-friendly car, walk across a small bridge, and then you can see it for a long time. It is not big here, a quiet pond, it is said that autumn, about early September, the scenery is the best, there is a trail inside, you can walk to the green pool, but it may be repaired now.

Changbai Mountain Xiaotianchi is located in the southeast of Jilin Province, the border lake between China and North Korea, the north of the lake is in Jilin Province, the source of the Songhua River. Xiaotianchi is 3 kilometers north of Changbai Waterfall, and there are two Xiaotianchi. A hidden in the quiet Yuelu Forest, 1780 meters above sea level, the lake is circular, the area is 5380 square meters, the water depth is more than 10 meters, the lake is green. About 200 meters from Xiaotianchi, there is a round pool and its size is not much different, but the water is very shallow, only a few meters deep, sometimes dry, revealing yellow soil. Up high looking down, a blue, a red yellow, like a pair of gold and silver cups, so people also called Xiaotianchi for the cup lake, unique scenery.

长白山小天池在长白瀑布以北3公里处，小天池共有两个。一个隐在幽静的岳桦林中，海拔1780米，湖面呈圆形，面积5380平方米，水深10余米，湖水碧绿。距小天池约200米处，还有一圆形池与它大小相差无几，只是积水甚浅，仅几米深，有时干涸，露出黄色泥土。登高俯视，一个碧蓝，一个赤黄，好似一对金银杯，所以人们又称小天池为对杯湖，别具景色。
