Many of the data are donated by citizens, and the data collected is about 24,000 copies and more than 270,000 pieces. The special exhibition room will hold special exhibitions introducing the excellent cultural heritage at home and abroad, and hold five business exhibitions to excavate the history and culture of the Weizhang area every year. There is a lecture hall on the ground floor and a gallery on the ground floor. It is open to the public as an exhibition venue for art works.
