The admission fee of 600 yen is very cheap, so you can walk in and experience it. Unfortunately, it is mainly Japanese, and there are not many explanations in English. I can only look at the flowers and read it again.

Osaka Museum of History is free admission if you buy the Osaka Pass. Highly recommend coming here as it is very educational.
