The Loroz ruins group is known as the beginning of Khmer art, consisting of Lorolai Temple, Shenniu Temple and Bakong Temple. The founder of the Angkor dynasty, Jehomo II, moved the first capital of the Mekong River, Indrabuluo, to the Donglisa Lake area, which is rich in fishery resources and has fertile land, and thus established a second capital in the southeast of Siem Reap, the "River Loloye". The capital later moved to Great Angkor, so the Rolos group was older than those of Great Angkor.
