乌苏里江的源头、二战的终结地一一虎头要塞(虎头镇)，虎头要塞号称"东方马奇洛防线"，是二战的终结地。要塞修筑于1934年，工程庞大，动用10万民工，花了六年时间建成。是至今发现的二战期间修筑最坚固、保持最完整的军事要塞，其牢固程度、完备程度、现代化程度堪称二战之最，令人叹为观止。同时也是二战期间，前线阵地战斗最激烈、持续时间最长、死亡人数最多的战场。凭身份证参观。
