Tower Bridge is a suspension bridge across the Thames River. It is named after the Tower of London. It is the first bridge from the Thames Estuary and the symbol of London. The bridge was built in 1886 and opened to the public on 30 June 1894, linking the north and south of London as a whole. Over the two towers, there are suspended sidewalks with glass windows on both sides. Visitors can go up through the tower to enjoy the beautiful scenery on both sides of the Thames River. When we went, the bridge was under repair, but the suspended sidewalks above could not go. The bridge tower is equipped with stairs, museums, exhibition halls, shops, bars and so on. The London Tower Bridge is as famous as Sydney's Harbour Bridge. The former is the symbol of Sydney. The London Tower Bridge is the most symbolic landmark in London and the most frequently seen bridge on the Thames River. Tower Bridge is known as the British Palace Museum on the north of the Tower of London, south of which is quite modern art of the debris building.

iconic for London, Uk ! Tower Bridge is a Grade I listed combined bascule and suspension bridge in London, built between 1886 and 1894, designed by Horace Jones and engineered by John Wolfe Barry with the help of Henry Marc Brunel. It crosses the River Thames close to the Tower of London and is one of five London bridges owned and maintained by the City Bridge Foundation, a charitable trust founded in 1282.

Tower Bridge in London is absolutely incredible, 🌉🇬🇧 This iconic landmark is a must-visit when exploring the city. The bridge's magnificent architecture and engineering marvels visitors from all over the world. You can even walk across the high-level walkways, offering panoramic views of the River Thames and the cityscape. If you're lucky, you might even get to see the bridge being raised to let a passing ship through. It's a true symbol of London and a sight you won't want to miss. Have you had the chance to visit Tower Bridge? 🌉😊

Needless to describe how beautiful and fantastic the London Bridge is, but The Tower of London sitting next to it is also a must visited spot. If you travel in the Summer, very likely you can also enjoy the beautiful British garden too! #londonbridge #toweroflondon#gardening

I visited recently, and the weather is excellent, not hot and not too cold as well there was no rain. It's very peaceful. Obviously, at the bridge, many people were taking pictures and videos, but I changed my way down the bridge, and it was so good. There were only three people, including me and the view and the piece.

How can you not visit the London Bridge when you’re in London! That’s like not visiting Merlion when you’re in Singapore!Anyway, this is an absolute must-visit place as the area offers breathtaking and panoramic views of the the River Thames and the cityscape, which consists of both traditional and old-school architectures. Whether day or night, London Bridge is a spectacular in my opinion. Therefore, put this on your checklist, and don’t miss the chance to visit it when you’re in London.
