This hotel truly embodies the warm hospitality of Northeast China! The service was incredibly enthusiastic and always came with a smile. We especially loved the complimentary wellness tea in the lobby; it was so comforting to have a warm cup after being out in the snowy weather, and they were happy to refill it for us when we asked for more. The hotel allows food deliveries, and a robot brings them directly to your room, which is an absolute godsend! It's so warm inside the room that having to bundle up, go down to the first floor to pick up an order, and then peel off all those layers again would have been a real hassle. So, a huge thank you for the robot service! We accidentally stained the sheets and duvet cover twice, and the service was prompt and efficient in replacing them each time. The location is fantastic, right in the city center with a bus stop directly outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. Given how cold it was, we mostly took taxis, and the hotel's street-side location made pickups and drop-offs very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

Comfortable hotel, with a big space area! Perfect for 2 travellers with big luggages. The aircon doesn’t work during winter, so we had to open the windows for some airflow. It’s a popular local hotel, as we can tell from many tour buses that drop people off there. They say there’s a limit of 4 bottles of water that they can give a room. Which was disappointing especially when we tend to drink a lot of water. The laundry room also closes at 9pm, and only opens at 10am. It’s very easy to get didi there though, so it’s great.

The smart room control system was incredibly thoughtful; I could adjust the lights, curtains, and air conditioning with a single touch from my bed, which was super convenient for a solo traveler. The room layout was open and well-designed, with plenty of natural light. The soundproofing was also excellent—I couldn't hear any outside noise. The Chinese-style soft furnishings added an elegant and tasteful touch, making the stay both comfortable and atmospheric. Even just relaxing in the room felt incredibly pleasant. 🧹 **Cleanliness and Environment** The cleanliness was truly impeccable! Every corner of the room was spotless, the bedding was clean and soft, and the toiletries were high-quality, making me feel completely at ease. The hotel's overall environment was elegant and tranquil, with a tasteful Chinese design in the lobby and public areas, free from any clutter. The location was an even bigger bonus: right next to MixC shopping mall and Renmin Square Metro Station. It was just a few minutes' walk to transfer metro lines or go shopping, making both commuting and finding food incredibly convenient. This added a great sense of security for a solo traveler. 💁 **Service Experience** The service deserves endless praise! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was warm and attentive. The front desk handled check-in with impressive efficiency and proactively introduced the hotel facilities and local attractions, even helping me with my luggage to the elevator. The housekeeping aunties were meticulous and thoughtful, proactively asking about my needs and replenishing supplies promptly. One evening, when I asked for directions, a front desk staff member patiently answered my questions and even helped me check bus times. Throughout my stay, I felt a genuine sense of warmth and being at home – it didn't feel like a hotel at all, but rather like returning to a familiar place. ☕ **Breakfast and Taste** Breakfast was full of surprises! The variety was astounding, with Chinese porridges, freshly made noodles, hot dishes, and local specialties all available. Western-style bread, coffee, and fresh fruit were equally impressive. I particularly loved the freshly made noodles here; they were authentic and comforting. The bread was soft and delicious, the coffee rich and aromatic, and the fruits were always fresh daily. The dining environment was clean and bright, and the staff proactively refilled tea/water and cleared plates promptly. A rich breakfast like this perfectly set a good mood for the whole day – truly satisfying! In summary, my stay was flawless. I highly recommend this hotel whether you're traveling solo, on a business trip, or with friends! I've already added this hotel to my must-stay list for Changchun, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit! 👍

The overall environment of the resort is pretty good; it would probably be even better in the summer. The service is exceptional, with everyone paying great attention to detail. However, as a mom looking for a weekend getaway with my child, I found the activities to be just so-so. The snow activities themselves are free, so any amount of fun is a bonus. The hot springs, though, were really disappointing. There are only a few indoor pools, no high-temperature areas, and more importantly, they didn't feel like actual hot springs! 😦 The outdoor iron pot was impossible to use due to too much debris. From a value-for-money perspective, it's not the best choice for a weekend trip. And the kids' play area... sigh.

The front desk staff were incredibly sweet, especially Zhang Ting and Xiao Hou, who made check-in and check-out super fast and even upgraded our room! The ski-in/ski-out access was incredibly convenient, and the complimentary cable car tickets took us straight to the mountaintop. Our room was wonderfully warm, and soaking in a bath with a snowy view after skiing was absolute perfection. The breakfast was delicious, and the attention to detail in the service was impeccable. This truly lives up to its five-star rating; we'll definitely be back!

Had an amazing time soaking in the hot springs here; the Changbai Mountain hot springs are truly delightful. The VIP access is an absolute lifesaver – no need to wake up early to visit Changbai Mountain! The butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, and they even upgraded us to a mountain view room for free, which offered stunning views. They also helped us book the buffet and arranged a car to town. Their responses were super prompt. The only minor points were that the hotel mattress was a bit soft for my liking, and I was surprised there were no complimentary drinks or welcome fruit in the mini-bar. Other than that, everything was perfect!

I really want to give this place a big shout-out. It's just a three-minute walk from the resort, and there's plenty of parking downstairs. The rooms feel like a boutique hotel or guesthouse, with front and back balconies that both offer great mountain views – truly lovely! The breakfast, while not as varied as a big hotel's, is clearly made with a lot of care and thought. During our stay, my child got hurt and we couldn't drive that evening. I contacted the front desk, and they immediately helped us call a taxi. When I came downstairs with my child, I saw the owner frantically on the phone. I was so anxious at the time that I didn't express my gratitude, so I sincerely thank the owner here 🙏 Songhua Lake was great, and Yunlu was great too. We'll definitely be back next year!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to both the town and the North Slope. It's about a ten-minute drive from the high-speed rail station, and the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service. The hotel features its own hot springs, where you can relax and soak while enjoying beautiful views of the Erdaobai River. They even have unique large iron pot hot spring baths, creating a truly wonderful atmosphere. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The hotel's restaurant, 'Shao Jiu Guan,' impressed with its authentic Northeastern Chinese decor and cuisine. It boasts a lovely setting with the Erdaobai River flowing just outside its windows. When I asked the butler to reserve a table, I specifically requested a window seat if possible and was confirmed that one had been booked. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, just as a server was leading us towards a window table, another staff member abruptly informed us that all window seats were taken due to earlier bookings. We were then told to either sit in an inner section or return later. Oddly enough, after we had settled at an inner table and placed our order, we were suddenly told that a window seat had become available. This really put a damper on our dining experience. It would have been much better if they had simply informed us during the booking process if a window seat wasn't available.

Service: Free pick-up, and the owner even helped carry three suitcases upstairs – very thoughtful service. Facilities: Excellent location, right downstairs from the Genting Market, with lots of small shops to browse. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't very powerful and couldn't be set to heat, so it was a bit cold.
