"The room was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet in the bathroom that flushed easily. The shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly. However, the TV picture quality was poor and blurry, which affected my World Cup viewing experience. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. The Unity Theater is nearby, and there was a show playing at the time. It's also very close to the subway station. It's situated on a Uyghur cultural street, with many food options to choose from."

"Highly recommended! The entire experience from check-in to check-out was pleasant. The room was clean and hygienic, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. Excellent value for money! The hotel's design is stylish; both the lobby and rooms are impressive, and the location is superb! Although located in a bustling area, the rooms were very soundproofed, making it very quiet at night and not disturbing my rest at all. There are also many options for eating, drinking, and entertainment nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time; it's truly amazing and highly recommended!"

"Honestly, before I booked, I called to confirm if I could get a room with a view of the old town. The staff member said they'd reserve it for me if I placed the order. I didn't ask for their name, and when I arrived at the hotel, they denied it, giving me a room overlooking a rundown backyard instead. The receptionist, however, was very helpful and later arranged for me to go to a guesthouse to see the night view for free, which was wonderful. When I checked in, I mentioned I'd be leaving very early and asked if they could prepare a breakfast pack for me. She said yes, but when I checked out at past 5 AM the next day, she was sound asleep at the front desk. Forget the breakfast pack; it wasn't prepared at all. It was the security guard, a young woman, who told me to just leave my room card there. As I spoke to her, the receptionist was still sleeping soundly – probably exhausted. I didn't want to disturb her, so I just left. Also, the air conditioning was very slow to cool and not very powerful. So, I guess the price mainly covers the fancy lobby decor; I didn't feel anything special otherwise."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Six Star Street and major shopping centers, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area, offering a truly cozy atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable, ensuring a sound night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, patiently answering all our questions and proactively offering lots of practical help. Overall, our stay was fantastic. We wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again on our next visit and highly recommend it!"
