"Traveled with two kids and booked two ocean-facing rooms. Iced water and coffee are available downstairs. We checked in a bit late, so we dropped off our bags first before heading out to explore. "A couple of miles walk, then short train ride gets you from where the ferry docks on the western side of Tokyo Bay to Ebina a suburban centre south of central Tokyo. A stroll of around ten to fifteen minutes gets you to Rembrandt hotel, in which I had a clean and comfortable room in which to spend the night. The journey across the Bay was most enjoyable. Outside decks have seating and great views, whilst inside information, both written and illustrated, abounds. Of particular note is USA's Admiral Perry. You can pose having your photo taken besides a cut-out image of the man, and learn about his intimidating naval force cruising into the Bay in the nineteenth century, the spot where his foot first touched Japanese soil being a couple of hundred yards from where you disembark the vessel."

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service truly made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely designed, which made it very pleasant to relax in. In addition, the parking area was very convenient and easy to access. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, a comfortable stay, and good facilities.

Staff members are all friendly and reliable with any of your inquiries. Better book in advance for breakfast and dinner because the whole place in Hakone they don't have much restaurant in the area. Even with a rental car with difficulties to find one. Overall the trip is all worth it.

Check-in is via advance registration. There's a cafe on the ground floor with delicious burgers. We arrived early. They kindly agreed to store our luggage until check-in, so we went for a walk without any luggage. It's quite noisy before closing, but it's not a distraction, but you need to be prepared. But after closing, it's quiet. We were lucky with our neighbors. The hostel has three rooms. The common area is equipped with a water cooler with sugar and cream for coffee, a microwave, and a board for booking an onsen. The onsen is small but lovely. :) The cafe staff will help with check-in if needed. They are very polite and pleasant. Burgers can be ordered to your room. The room itself is very atmospheric, Japanese-style. It was chilly, but the room had an air purifier, an air conditioner with a heating function, and a separate heater, for which we were especially grateful. The bedding is nice and comfortable. The room was quite dusty in some places, but it didn't bother us personally. However, you need to be prepared that this is not a luxury hotel, but a very atmospheric place with its own vibe and energy.

The environment is very good, the hotel is a pleasant experience on the mountain. There are indoor hot springs in all rooms. We live in Room 11 and have a lot of space about 35 square meters. There is a lounge for a smooth drink and food in the hotel, and the breakfast is very good. Will come again next time.
