I recently stayed at Novotel Genève Centre and had a fantastic experience! The location is incredibly convenient, close to Lake Geneva and major attractions. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring a seamless experience. A perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers !
The hotel boasts a great location, just a straight walk from the train station, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity.
While the hotel is a bit older, it doesn't feel dated, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Despite being street-facing, the windows offer excellent soundproofing.
My only complaint is that when the window is open, it's positioned too close to the bed, making it easy to accidentally hit and get scratched when walking by. Both my friend and I bumped into it, resulting in scratches and even drawing blood.
The location is very convenient to the train station and the service is good. The overall sanitary conditions are good. There are many restaurants within walking distance and it is very close to the lake. It is a good value hotel
We traveled from Geneva Airport, there is free shuttle service provided. Just wait outside the arrival exit, u can catch the shuttle bus.
It is very near to the airport yet not fair from the city centre. The hotel provides City pass to its guests who pay city tax, with the pass, we can take tram/bus/train within the Geneva City.
Our visit to Geneva this time is mainly to attend the Watches and Wonders even 2025, which the bus stop of the shuttle bus to Palexpo is just around the corner.
The hotel is new and clean, same as most of the Switzerland hotel, they don't provide slippers as shower cap, but shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
We bought the breakfast, it is not much variety but taste good, simple be nice.
Helpful concierge! Shoutout to Sebastien, Ridha, another lady on concierge that kindly guide us the right way to head to French sector of Geneva airport. The hotel is cosy and convenient with the free shuttle from airport. We also squeeze in some time for their lovely hammam and sauna.
The rooms are very good. The train arrived in Geneva at midnight, and the taxi drove to Geneva in just over ten minutes. Even if you arrive late at night, the front desk staff is very welcoming. You need to pay to sit in the area on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor is great!
On the shores of Lake Geneva, authentic French luxury, from concierge to check-in to Izumi on the top floor overlooking the entire landscape, this hotel interprets the new definition of luxury. The only downside is that the room is slightly smaller and the price is more expensive.
Once again in Geneva, I still choose a hotel near Karnavan Railway Station. This newly opened hotel feels good.
Environment:
Five minutes walk from the main train station, although not far from the train station, but the surrounding environment is still good, there is a rescue station next to a little tramp, but overall it is still possible.
Facilities:
A newly opened apartment hotel, the lobby is small but very clean, there are paid coffee and breakfast, other facilities such as laundry and fitness facilities are not used. The room facilities are relatively complete, and there is a dining bar. Almost all the dining facilities and pots and pans are available, so it is suitable for friends who live in the medium and long term.
Services:
Since the first party was close to midnight, I thought there would be no service at the front desk, but after communicating with the hotel in advance, the hotel will prepare for the corresponding check-in. The email includes room card, check-in message, external door password, WiFi password, etc., which is very practical. We arrived at the hotel at 23:00 that day and there was a little handsome guy to help checkin, very good.
Health:
Very clean, the hotel is newly opened soon, the decoration and furniture are very new, and the public areas are very clean.
In general, it is still possible to find a newly opened hotel with cold air conditioning near the Geneva train station, and the price of 1500 is acceptable.
It's OK, the normal standard for this brand. I read the reviews saying there is a Swiss one-day transportation card, but I didn't receive it by email. I asked for it when I checked in. They said they would send it to me, but they didn't give it to me until I checked out. Forget it, I just passed by.

GGuest UserDuring the watch exhibition...hotel prices skyrocketed...and it was hard to book...
The hotel is within walking distance to the Patek Philippe Museum...

GGuest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located, with shopping malls, cafes, and pharmacies nearby... It is on the same line as the Four Seasons Hotel, and next to the lake, it is very pleasant to walk or run along the lakeside~ In short, the location is still very good~
The hotel room is a bit cramped, with a room of more than 30 square meters, and the bathroom space is OK. The room can only accommodate a bed and a sofa... The welcome fruit is very fresh~ Maybe I am used to large rooms, it looks a bit tight😓 But it may be considered good in Europe~
The best thing is the breakfast. The restaurant is on the street. In the morning, have a cup of coffee, eat something, look at the street view, and the birds fly around...
Refreshing, this is the leisurely European slow life🌞
