I came here from Taiwan to see the aurora. The environment here is very beautiful, and I participated in many games, including BBQ barbecue aurora, and I went to the dog sled next door to participate. I think it is very good here. I really recommend it to everyone!

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the view was stunning! We love the breakfast which was included in the room rate for the wide selection and great taste. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. There is a bistro which serves a more affordable dinner after 5p.m, the staff of the restaurants and bistro were friendly too. There is a free sauna for the customer but unfortunately we had no time to try it. The hiking trail was clearly marked and there was a map available at the reception. There was a guide available after 7pm for the customer to ask questions about aurora sighting. We joined the aurora sky station tour as well! It was a unique and unforgettable experience even though we couldn't see the aurora as it was cloudy, kudos to Jasper the guide as he tried his best to give us the best experience :)

No lift. Super small room. Air conditioner is display only as there is no remote control. Curtain is not light proof. Room is not sound proof.

The hotel is next to the lake, which is very suitable for watching the aurora at the door of the hotel. Unfortunately, the clouds were too thick on the day of check-in and we couldn't see the aurora. The hotel has glass houses and cabins. The glass houses look very simple and have low cost performance. You must book all kinds of snow sports in advance, otherwise you will not be able to book them. I played all the way for 6 days, one city every day, thinking about going there and booking all the activities for the next day. In the last 6 days, I didn’t play a single activity. The accommodation was overall okay, close to the bus stop. However, we had a problem checking in because the housekeeping hadn't finished cleaning yet, so we had to wait a while before we could check in.

A fantastic stay in this hotel, the chalet, the Spa, the restaurant, the welcome. Everything was perfect! We were even lucky enough to see the Northern Lights for an entire evening at the hotel itself. We will be back and highly recommend.

Bringing the dog, just in time for the ** race, so there is no room for the dog. After communication, the service staff arranged a room for us that should not be given to the dog. We are very grateful, otherwise we will find another place to live. The disadvantage is that the tourist season is very crowded, and many dishes are not available.

As a hotel in the Nordic region, the heating is not hot enough. The indoor temperature is not enough. The room is relatively clean but the space is cramped.
