1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

I have come to Grand Skylight Hotel more than once. The room is clean and the waiters are very enthusiastic and can provide the necessary items in time. The manager Wang Xiaoyu who contacted me was also great. Because I brought my baby out to play, our suite was specially decorated to be very parent-child friendly. Everything is available. I come here once a month and I choose Grand Skylight Hotel without hesitation!
