The location in Malina/El Poblado is, of course, excellent for any establishment. That being said, I felt that for its price range, this hotel was more style over substance. While everything is modern and designed to look elegant, the overall impression is rather cramped.
For example, the rooftop pool is very small. If there are 10 people there, it starts to get uncomfortable, unless you're looking for a party – but there are better hotels for that.
The room itself was very cramped, with limited counter space and a lack of storage. At least there was hot water! :-) It was also extremely noisy. You could hear TVs, music, voices, and singing from other rooms. And the ventilation system in the hallway hummed constantly, as if someone was vacuuming through the corridors non-stop.

Hotel is a little away (by 700m. from the place), so relatively calm in the night.
The hotel is a family room at the top, a terrace with beautiful views of the lake and the city.
The kitchen is really practical.

They have the big smart tv but they did not provide the remote and saying that all of the remote has been rented out . Ridiculous. The room is spacious and clean but you can’t get it by elevator directly. You need to go downstairs to get in.

Lovely front dest staff. Location pretty good with restaurants within walking distance.
Rooms were quite noisy but aircon was good as was the Wi-Fi.
Breakfast wasn’t very nice. We didn’t even go for the inclusive breakfast after day one and if you knew my husband, you would be shocked!

It was a great experience staying in the hotel. All staff are so nice and helpful. They really take care of kids. We went swimming with our kids every morning. They even prepared new toys for that! How sweet!
The location of the hotel is excellent and it’s quiet and safe around. It has a large shopping mall next to it that you just need to cross the gate from the 2nd floor from the hotel. So convenient!
We will definitely recommend to our friends of it! Thanks all the staff for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by several large shopping malls and a five-star hotel at the intersection. However, it takes one kilometer to walk to the Santa Fe shopping mall, where there are food and drinks. This hotel is more suitable for office travel, and it is very convenient to take a taxi.

Perfect location, more then perfect room size. Is one of the best accomodation in central medellin . Host also very kind and good breakfast included. Parking inside is also convenient. Great pool.

Behind the hotel is a large shopping mall. When you go out of the hotel, turn left and walk to the end. There is a small park. On weekends, there are many families playing with their children and pets. It is a very warm scene. Along the path of this park, you can reach the shopping mall in a few minutes. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel, which sells freshly made hot dogs and beef burgers, which taste very good, plus a bottle of Coca-Cola, delicious! It should be noted that when staying in a room on the first floor, it is a bit cold at night and the quilt is a bit thin. Friends who are afraid of the cold should ask for an extra quilt.

Hotel arranged for airport pickup for us because it was our first time to Colombia and I was a bit anxious about relying on local transport. The day before arrival I got all the driver’s information as to the make of car and license with WhatsApp contact. Everything went smooth. After realizing that Medellín is safe, we started to take Uber. Much cheaper

This time I caught up with the Medellin Flower Festival and was completely moved! Medellin is romantic, and the spirit of Medellin is what China should learn! The hotel is also like a Spanish garden, the room is very comfortable and large, the bath water is very large, every day is very comfortable, and it is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel! The hotel staff wear Medellin hats and small scarves every day, which are very beautiful! This Medellin Flower Festival, I saw Medellin's respect for every industry! I love Medellin very much!
