The hotel's shuttle service is back this year, which is super convenient. You can catch the shuttle at Gate 1 on the 1st floor of the airport. They'll send you a timetable once you've booked. Breakfast is decent, and luggage storage is available. While the windows don't open, the view is still quite nice.

I write this review with full gratitude! The best hotel in my life, I guess it will never be surpassed again! The original plan was to stay for 2 days, but my wife had sprained her ankle and stayed here for 12 days. There are wheelchairs, ice buckets, sumptuous breakfasts, and various dinner options. The 63-square-meter room allows my wife to recuperate without leaving the house. Saved our trip to South America! ! !

What a wonderful service , soon you go out of the airport and find the place where the van will take you to the hotel till they bring you back to the airport , all the staff are the best , from 1 to 10 i give them 10 , keep up the good work, rooms are clean, breakfast buffet excellent, definitely next time i fly back to Bogota , this is the place i will choose, highly recommend 100% satisfied

I was very disappointed with the reception at this hotel. The woman at the front desk was unhelpful. The rooms are not soundproofed. If you want to rest between flights, this is not the right hotel; you can hear planes taking off and people talking in the hallway in the middle of the night. Breakfast is adequate, but the à la carte restaurant is not worth the price. Do not have lunch at the hotel.

Compared to other hotels in the same price range nearby, this is excellent value for money! The elevator occasionally emits low-frequency noise, so choosing a room away from the elevator would be better!

Amazing new studio, with excellent design and quality minimalistic furniture. Has everything one could feel in comfort - including a kitchenette and a washing machine, which I didn't need for my short stay, but for a longer stay would be great. Nice minimalistic bathroom with all that matters (a big shower head and nice toiletries). Modern lighting and controls, more than enough plugs around the room, great wifi too. Super comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean (and quite new). This area of Bogota is very nice, clean and close to a park, not too crowded either. The only thing I didn't like was the slow check in and the little extra bureaucracy there, but I guess it's the government that sets those rules and the owners just need to follow them.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel de la Casa. The colonial architecture gave the place so much character and charm, making it feel like a step back in time with all the modern comforts. The breakfast was absolutely terrific—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The jacuzzi added a relaxing touch after a long day, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which made planning my days and staying connected super easy. If I had to point out one small issue, it would be that the water wasn’t quite as hot as I like it, but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise perfect experience. I would definitely recommend Hotel de la Casa to anyone visiting Bogotá !

Everything was good! Worth for money. But breakfasts are similar every day, small choice.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

The room is quite big. There are many office buildings, restaurants and supermarkets around. The hotel is decorated with fresh flowers, which are fragrant. Breakfast is on the 10th floor. The dining area is also quite large. On weekends, there will be people playing piano and singing in the bar on the 1st floor.
