The location of the premium room was very good.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing.
I know Tropical Islands very well; this was my 18th visit. Despite prior written confirmation that we could leave our luggage and sports bags at reception, this wasn't possible on site. Instead, we had to store our luggage in lockers until we could access our room – at a cost of €2.50 per day for a total of three days. Despite repeatedly pointing out that I had specifically asked, I was simply told that only ”large pieces of luggage” would be accepted. In the future, promises should be clearly stated, or the dimensions should be requested directly. As a regular guest, this makes me feel cheated.

Guest UserWe've had better experiences in other 4-star hotels. Perhaps things were off from the very beginning here. The lobby was too cold. The carpet and windows in the room were partly dirty. The pillow service didn't work properly; the pillow arrived 4 hours later after a reminder, and the down pillow we requested was no longer available. In the wellness area, only one sauna was working; everything else was out of order. Only one shower was functional, and it was quite hidden. The late check-out we booked extra was not communicated to housekeeping, so we were asked to leave the room during our afternoon nap. It barely felt like a 5-star hotel that day. The breakfast, however, was very good, which it should be for the price.

Marko TohverThis resort and spa complex is much larger than it first appears. It features a network of tunnels that seamlessly connect the different buildings. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking to walk in nature and unwind in a relaxing spa. Accommodations are spread across several distinct buildings; while I can't speak for the other rooms, mine was perfectly fine. They also serve a truly excellent breakfast. The location is incredibly secure, quiet, and completely free from city noise and pollution. I will definitely stay here again the next time I pass through the area.

WasssupDespite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna.
A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices.
The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

The layout of the room is reasonable, the apartment bathroom I live in is quite large, larger than my colleagues, so there will be surprises when choosing the room type and the appropriate high price.

Guest UserThe surroundings are relatively quiet, the room is clean and tidy. Two people checked in, and there was only one pillow and a small quilt at first. After calling the front desk, it was delivered quickly. Compared with the Holiday Inn I stayed in a few days ago, the elevator does not require a card, which is not safe enough, there is no electric kettle, and no USB charging port. So although it is a four-star hotel, there are areas for improvement in management details and decoration details. I guess it is also because it is quite old.

Guest UserThe hotel's decoration and hygiene are very satisfactory. The breakfast has my favorite salmon and mushrooms. The room is large and parking is very convenient. There are radiators in the bathroom and room, so it won't be cold.

Wonderful! My last stay has been for 5 years, but you don't see the hotel. Specially, the friendly, careful, but unimpersive staff is to mention. You realize that everyone here is in the heart that you feel well, relaxed and willing to come back. After the current stay I wonder why it took so long that I was back there, although I enjoyed many weekends in hotels with spa just in winter.
There is something to improve? Some saunas are a little small depending on the number of visitors and there may be more showers. But important is that everything worked and there was no maintenance bust.
I'd like to come back, even soon.

Lage im Stadtteil Drewitz unweit der Autobahn und mit sehr gutem Tramanschluss (alle 10min).
Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, wenn auch nicht mehr neuester Style.
In diesem Hotel wird auch noch täglich gereinigt.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Der Service ist sehr gut.
Auch das Restaurant Journal ist für das Abendessen zu empfehlen.
