Friendly service, always helpful. Breakfast was tasty and with lots of choices. You need mostly a taxi to truly move around, but that's not a big issue, in my opinion. Spacious rooms with nice balcony and the pool was great.

The room was very clean on the first day of stay, and the quality of cleaning every three days after check-in needs to be improved.
Other than that, everything else is satisfactory. The front desk is friendly and can help solve problems in time.
The environment is very quiet and leisurely. You need to rent a car to travel, and the parking lot is not free.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y la terraza es genial, aunque en otras ocasiones nos ha tocado un apartamento con mejores vistas. La cocina es pequeña pero funcional. Ya nos hemos alojado aquí en 3 ocasiones, repetiremos seguro!

The service and staff were great, the cleaning was very good, the location is not bad, but it is not close to the beach, but if I want to make a negative review with the outdated state of the building, we were very disappointed that an establishment of the Axel group was In this state, we chose the establishment because it belongs to the Axel chain which has very good taste and decoration. The Axel Maspalomas leaves a lot to be desired and the apartments, bathrooms and interior of the building are very old and not renovated, it only has a slight facelift.
At this point, very bad and total disappointment for us.

Excellent apartments and amenities. The reception team both on arrival and departure were very very friendly and informative. Only slight downside for us was it was a little too far from the beach and amenities which made it very quiet however this would suit a lot of people. There was an excellent Spanish themed restaurant around the corner from the resort literally 2 minutes which served excellent food and had excellent background music.

Nos ha encantado las vistas e instalaciones,, la habitación amplia con vistas una, terraza grande y preciosa con un tendedero y todo. Los detalles de las infusiones y el café, azúcar, tazas... y un mini fregadero con su estropajo, jabón y todo. La cama muy cómoda y con dos almohadas incluso, ambas cómodas. Aunque una suite debería tener bañera y cama doble.
El spa es de acceso libre y sin reservar. El aparcamiento en la calle gratuito es fácil en la puerta.
