The experience was superb! The onsen was good and relaxing. I love that they provide yogurt drink and ice lolly. There is also complimentary soba noodles at 9:30pm. What is more important is that they have free laundry and that the status of the machines can be viewed on TV!
Stayed for one night before heading to Geto Kogen ski resort. Right opposite the train station with restaurants and Lawson within walking distance. The breakfast was quite nice too and the price was very reasonable. Had an enjoyable stay overall.
When you stay at Yamado in Nishiwaga, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Nishiwaga History and Folklore Museum. This ryokan is 15.8 mi (25.4 km) from Kurikoma Quasi-National Park and 18.5 mi (29.7 km) from Kamakaura Museum.
Pamper yourself with onsite massages or take in the view from a terrace and a garden.
Enjoy a meal at the restaurant, or stay in and take advantage of the ryokan's room service (during limited hours).
The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 12 air-conditioned rooms featuring flat-screen televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Private bathrooms with separate bathtubs and showers feature spring water baths and complimentary toiletries. Conveniences include safes and desks, and housekeeping is provided on request.
For the price, this was very acceptable standard. Free breakfast and curry dinner. Has public baths should you want it. Huge comic book library if you can read Japanese. Around corner from jr Station or parking in front of hotel for small fee. Rooms were small but adequate. Very quiet.
The building and facilities were new and clean and very comfortable. The drink service and breakfast were great and the parking lot was very good for free. It was the highest hotel in the business hotel I stayed recently.
There is definitely a large bath and it was spacious compared to all hotels, but it felt poorly soundproofed. I can hear all the sounds of road cars, the sound of building stairs, and the noise in the room.
We booked a room with a balcony, which was very unique. Hotel guests can also take a free hot spring bath. The SPA facilities were very new, and the shower head and hair dryer used were all Refa products. In fact, the hair dryer was better than Dyson. The hotel also has a special place. The lobby bar is the activity space of the female jazz master Akiyoshi Toshiko. If you come to Morioka for a trip, you can stay for a night to experience the atmosphere.
This is my first time to Hanamaki. The scenery nearby is great. I will definitely go again if I have the chance. The food and public pool are great. Overall it is clean. The stay is very comfortable. The elders are very happy.

KKanThe location is good for the family ski holiday with all facilities available for this ski-in/ski-out hotel. The breakfast has a good variety while the dinner options are good especially the Teppanyaki restaurant with the local beef and abalone. The Japanese restaurant was also good with various dishes to choose from. The outdoor onsen at 白樺之湯 really worth the visit after the ski and I’d recommend to enjoy at day time. We have also tried the hotel massage services and it was really good and relaxing! The only thing for improvement is that the room themselves are a bit old and maybe should consider renovations in coming years. The shops have many food and drinks and souvenirs. We also got a big pack of fireworks that we can pay together with kids just outside the hotel on the snow slope.
Overall we enjoyed the stay and the slopes and ski school are magnificent!
YYoshimasaIn the natural environment surrounded by mountains and forests, the clear stream behind the inn flows gurgling, healing the body and mind.
It is fun to enjoy each of the four hot springs that flow directly from the source, but we especially recommend the deepest hot spring in Japan.
This is a self-propelled natural rock bath ”Shirasaru no Yu”. This is a very rare hot spring. Due to its depth, you can stand up to enter, but it is evenly distributed throughout your body.
It is said that applying hot water pressure can effectively promote blood circulation. The hall also has a nostalgic atmosphere, as if traveling to the past.
The hospitality of the staff is also very attentive. If you have the opportunity to stay in Hanamaki, it is a hotel worth staying in.
GGuest UserGreat location for hikers on the Michinoku Coastal Trail. We booked the stay with dinner and breakfast, and the dinner was an outstanding multi-course kaiseki style meal. The onsen is a great relief after a hard day of hiking too.
GGuest UserI loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely incredible, the room was very spacious with a western style room attached to an 8 tatami tea room, and floor to ceiling windows highlighting the snowy exterior. The onsen with indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, and most people staying at the hotel wore yukata which gave the whole experience a tranquil vibe. The bus from Morioka goes directly to the hotel. It was a perfect traditional Japanese hotel.

GGuest UserExperience full marks. The hot spring is very good. There are few people and quiet. It is also convenient to ski. The flexible refund and change price in advance is also a little advantage compared with other platforms. Go again next snow season
Disadvantages: The public area is small, and the dining still has to go to the crown to choose a lot.
But there's a connection to the crown.
Slide in and out of position a little further from the crown (from the high-end cable car)

JJay_LiaoVery traditional Japanese-style hotel, the year of the equipment is a bit old. The room was clean and there was no smell. The meal was traditional Japanese-style banquet cuisine. The food was not exquisite but the warmth and sincerity of the hotel owner could be eaten. Although there is no hot spring, the filtered heating of Longquandong spring water is not bad. The room, bathroom and large bath are not too big, but the necessary functions are all available. This is a hotel where people who want to truly experience Japanese culture can live.

GGuest UserThis hotel is cheap among hot spring hotels and Hua Ski Hotel. Everything else is good, but the lunch here is very unpalatable, much worse than Family Mart. It is recommended that if you ski here, you can buy lunch in advance and put it in the small refrigerator.
The dinner buffet is OK, although the price is high, but it is acceptable.
The breakfast is still good.
You need to go early or late for dinner, and you need to queue in the middle of the time.
