The location is a bit out of the way, but it wasn't a problem since we were driving. Although it's an older-style inn, it was clean and tidy. There were also quite a few locals staying there. They offered snack sharing in the afternoon and evening. The most pleasant surprise was the incredibly rich breakfast. I would definitely choose this inn again next time.

There are ample lockers, dressing tables and shower berths. The laundry room is inside the public bath area. They are separate machines from the dryer. While the washing machines are free, it costs money to use the dryer. The shower cubicle in the hotel room has no shower rail to hang laundry to dry. The double bed room has a private cypress wood bath tub. It felt good to soak in onsen water in the morning before breakfast. It’s deep enough for someone tall to sit in. A short walk away is the tram stop. A free tram ride coupon can be obtained from the front desk for international tourists.

Awesome hotel, I didn’t see a high rating when I booked Ctrip. I have been hesitating to make a reservation. However, the B&B in Baichuan Township is a wooden house structure that is too old. I chose this hotel. The hot springs are superb and the rooms are clean and looks like It didn't take long for the decoration, everything was very new, and I will definitely visit again in Shirakawa Township next time.

Before trip, I think this hotel is located close to Toyama station but I walked from Toyama station to the hotel around 20 minutes (However, this was my own fault for not reading the hotel’s location information carefully). For the public bath, if you use it during the daytime, you’ll probably get a beautiful view of the Japan Alps surrounding the city. Unfortunately, I used it at night, when it was too dark to see the view.

The kaiseki cuisine is delicious, Toyama Prefecture has very good seafood, every night is very exquisite. The waiters are very good, and there are also waiters who understand Chinese. There is a spectacular snow scene in winter, and there are two medium-sized ski resorts next to it, which is convenient for skiing.
