I stayed at Novotel Warszawa Centrum and was pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully the room was arranged. Everything was placed in a way that made moving around easy and intuitive. The furniture and layout felt modern and practical — clearly designed with travelers’ needs in mind.
The location is also great — close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!
The staff were friendly and the facilities were so tidy and nice ㅎㅎ It was easy to move to tourist spots because there was a tram right in front of the hotel. The bus to the airport was the best place to go if you only transfer 1 in front of you!
The size of the room is unprecedented anywhere else, a lot of space, a comfortable bed. Near the airport, the only small minus is the bathroom door, and exactly the mechanism of their automatic closure, the door closes at such a speed that if you don't run into the toilet you can be hit by the bulbs or the bulb 😉 what I say is Small minus as in general the door can be found forcing to exercise, they take care of the guests' conditions 🙂
Our experience of the hotel was very good. At the beginning we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful doorkeeper. The staff at reception were also helpful and professional. The room was comfortable and large.
Gym, sauna pool very pleasant.
The only remark is: to review the equipment I mean broken water dispenser at the sauna etc. And also the sauna at 8 30 was not warmed up.

Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money.
Very nice new and clean hotel, not far from the airport nor the city center. Reception girls could speak English and always smiled. Were very helpful with each request that I had. The restaurant downstairs is also good. Will definitely be back again! 🌷🌷🌷🌷
The only thing that I'd like them to get improved is the size of their dishes in restaurant. They are too tiny, so you cant get full even if you order 2. Otherwise the food is very tasty! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
The hotel in the old town is especially suitable for City Walk. The location is excellent so the price is not cheap, but the service is thoughtful. Although the buffet breakfast is a bit expensive, it is also worth a try.
I stayed at this hotel for an overnight transfer flight from Warsaw to Stockholm. For 500HKD a night, this hotel subverted my expectations, it feels as if I am staying in a high quality 5 star hotel. Room was spacious and clean, I can even get a view of Warsaw from my room. Would consider stay in this hotel again if I am going to Warsaw in the future.
This is the hotel I stayed for transfer. It's close to the airport, so it takes 5 minutes by taxi? The location is good as a hotel to go to. If you need breakfast, McDonald's is close, so you can eat there. However, I remember that there was no refrigerator in the room. Please note!

Cching ching.chingThe hotel is close to Chopin airport, just took any taxi, it costs £6 to there... Good to rest in transit flight, as the restaurant serve food till 11pm, the breakfast is excellent, with fresh press carrot juice etc... very comfortable and nice layout.
The facilities are family friendly, with a children area with x box to play, my son keen on playing, but ends up within 1 hour as the games no fun to him... Ha..ha... But me and husband can have a restful breakfast time..
Better to book breakfast with package as cheaper....
The free airport transfer is free for booking 6am-10am, my pm flight doesn't benefit, good to go to old town, but my jetlag put me off, only manage to go to a local supermarket (Carrefour) with Uber on a Sunday, not many supermarkets) shops open...
The room is very comfortable... The toilet has no washing hand facilities but the separate shower rooms has it .... Swapping will be good for a practical reason....
It's good hotel for transit flight with everything you needs within the building... Especially for a family.

GGuest UserPros: The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with a bathtub. The bed is soft and comfortable, there is a big selection of food at breakfast at the hotel and it tastes good, the staff was nice, the pool is large and the water is quite warm
Cons: The water in the pool sometimes smells bad, the gym is very small, the hairdryer, iron in the room look old and hard to use, the hotel location is not the best. Additionally, it seems that water is not complimentary as I was surprised when hotel staff brought a card machine to my room for payment. The price for water was also surprising; at that price, I would have never requested it and would have bought water from outside instead.
AAndreasThe temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors.
Reception was not always available by phone.
Staff was always very friendly.
Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment.
We ordered room service, which was very nice. Rooms are a big and cozy, big bathrooms, separate shower and bathtub is great.
The gym and spa in the top floors is amazing.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, but the actual walking distance to the central station is about 1 km, and it is not very convenient to bring a large suitcase.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel. Located in the center of the pedestrian availability, to all sights .Breakfasts are good but better to buy them in the hotel itself . Beds are convenient , rooms are spacious . Good
Staff . Good cosmetics .
