The room was excellent, with two floors: the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were downstairs, and the bedroom was in the attic upstairs. The trees in the yard looked out from the window. It was incredibly quiet at night, but unfortunately, we only stayed for one night due to limited time. I took these photos as a souvenir upon leaving. If I were to visit Zlatibor again, I would choose ZEN again. It was such a comfortable cabin. Also, a small side note: I forgot a small pillow at the hotel. The owner kindly kept it for us and we will pick it up when we return to Serbia. Thank you so much.

I stayed in low budget room which was perfectly enough, size and amenities wise. Just right temperature in the room, that makes whole hotel cozy and warm. Spa is really good, not too crowded. Breakfast is just perfect with lots of local food options.

When the navigation came, we took us to a remote place, and then we had to walk to get there. I felt that the hotel was not much better. The outdoor scenery and air are very good. The front desk and restaurant service are warm and proactive. The breakfast is rich with many choices, but it tends to be cold food. One small regret is that the four pillows in the room are all large and high, which makes my family members who like to sleep on low pillows unable to rest well. It is recommended that the hotel equip the room with pillows of different heights.

Wrong choice. This is actually a hotel where tour groups stay. The rooms are large but the facilities are average. The shower room is still a long time ago. It is not very convenient. The location is good. It takes a few minutes to walk to the lake and the commercial street. Because it is a hotel where tour groups stay, the service is just average. I met a group for breakfast and there was a long queue for dinner.

The front desk attitude is generally not very warm, the processing speed is slow, the bed frame decoration in the room is a cement wall, it is very strange, like half of the rough room! Outdated facilities! The advantage is that it is close to the square and convenient to walk! There is no delicious food nearby, the first Japanese food and unpalatable, and the pizza restaurant is also unpalatable!

When checkingin, it was said that all passports were left for about half an hour to return. We do not agree to leave the passport and the front desk can handle it immediately. It took about 10 minutes to do it. Two rooms in the family apartment. It was snowing and cold when I went. But the room radiator has not been turned on. There is an air conditioner in the living room. There is no heating in the room. The two beds in the twin bed are very small, about 80-90 cm wide. The air conditioner is also bad for a while. It is too cold to ask if the radiator can be turned on. At first, it was said that the whole building was unified. Later, I brought a heater. But there was one. Later, I reacted with Trip.com . Finally, the radiator was turned on. It's not so cold.
