"Rest alone, I don't speak foreign languages, but I didn't have any problems in communicating with the staff. Everyone was very friendly, kind and ready to help. Breakfast was very good. In the room more or less clean. But very surprised STREAT MIT BED LINE. I wish the repair was fresher, or some places the wallpaper broke. The pipeline is clean, but from time to time it is already erased. If you don't pay attention to these details, it's a very good option for this money."

Great place to stay if ur just driving through like us. Not for a holiday stay but more like a rest stop. Friendly staff especially the valet and the restaurant staff. Check in staff was also nice but checking out time the lady was not very friendly. Rooms are tiny but enough. Quality of blankets can be improved. Shower was hot and perfect. Breakfast quality was good too. Overall a nice hotel.

Guest UserI liked the hammam, it was very clean. The breakfasts were delicious. The only downside is the location. It's located in the middle of favelas, and the walk to the sea is also through favelas. The view from any window is terrible.

I had a pleasant stay at Divan Mersin Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast offered a good variety. My only issue was that the rooms had a noticeable smell of smoke, which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel.

MiiLFantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

NicholasThe hotel and staff itself are great. Nothing is too much hassle. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The main issue is the location however. Really not a nice part of the city I’m afraid and it’s about a 20 minute walk to anything approaching civilization. Other than that a really great hotel😜

XiaoxiavkThe environment here is elegant and quiet, and the internal facilities and equipment are very complete, which can meet the daily living and office needs very well. The overall style is online and the service is very standardized. Whether it is a business trip or a holiday, it is a very worry-free choice. The gym is not available, the rooms have three floors and there are stairs.
