We had an issue with our toilet leaking and they happily let us change to another room. Then we realized that night when preparing for bed that my husband forgot his sleep shorts in the old room. The next morning he saw a cleaning woman and she gladly let him back into the old room to retrieve the shorts!
Always a friendly staff and enjoy meeting new people in the pool and hottub. Love the breakfast and the attached restaurant!
In addition to being a little far from the main city, there is nothing wrong with it. The price is super high, and there are playgrounds and casinos on the side, which can also be ***.
Breakfast is also delicious, the waiter is super good, you remember to note the room floor preference, they will be satisfied, overall very good!

I’ve never been to a hotsl with no elevators. We helped a family with a stroller and 2 kids get down the stairs, plus my elderly friends parents. Who struggled to get up and down the stairs.
Well had dirty towels in our room garbage in baskets which weren't from me, a bed that didn't look like it was changed, and the potatoes Saturday morning were cold and undercooked
Check in was very quick and smooth. The lady was super nice and answered our questions. I highly recommend this hotel. Super clean and very comfortable
Very elegant downtown hotel located next door to the theater we came to enjoy a musical for our date night. Very clean and comfortable, staff was great, very friendly, restaurant looked wonderful but we didn’t have time to enjoy... would highly recommend to everyone.
It was wonderful everything was wonderful. The building was amazing it has a pool, hot tub, sauna, blowing, pool table, dart games. And the roof top bar is beautiful. We went for a weekend getaway we had dinner here is was delicious and the whole staff were welcoming. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. It's a bit of pricey for me but so worth it.

AAndriy LishchynskyyVery convenient location, just 1.5 from the airport and the rental car return.
I wasn't able to evaluate the breakfast because my flight was very early, but I could see the preparation of it, and it looked nice.
TV in the room has youtube, which is great to sign to your account and watch your favorite videos.
It was a bit hot outside the room, and the hotel smelled like a barn, but the room was cleean and smelled better.
There is a gas station with a big store right at the hotel location where you can fuel your rental before the return as well as get food and drink
JJimGood location in the downtown, near restaurants, bars, waterfront parks and other attractions. Reasonable pricing. Easy booking. Very nice bed, bedding, shower & sprayer, bath tub, toliet and bathroom well stocked with supplies. Kureg Coffee Maker & coffee and botted water supplied. The rooftop level has large indoor bar, tables and couches. There is also a large outdoor area with tables and seating. Both indoor and outdoor areas on rooftop were packed on the Sat evening in mid-May when I stayed there.

GGuest UserThe bathroom fan didn’t work so lord blessed us all when someone took a poo poo. The furnace wasn’t working my spouse was cold and we cranked that thing up to 75 to warm the room up but just didn’t warm up. I guess when you spend that kind of money for a room and they pride themselves on being a high end resort they would have stuff working. Prolly go someone where else next.
CChristina RumpThe staff was so friendly! We had a bit of miscommunication between the hotel and trip.com regarding payment, but they got it worked out quickly and the staff were quick to make things right for us! We enjoyed both the hot tub & pool and both were exactly what we needed!! The hotel was far enough from downtown to be peaceful but close enough that everything was accessible. The biggest thing that stood out was how accommodating the staff were. Absolutely recommend.
GGuest UserGood price, very nice room! Amazing breakfast buffet! Fabulous mattresses--semi-firm but with a thick smushy layer on top. I'm verrry picky about hotel mattresses. This stay will bring me back!
