Linghu Scenic Area is located in the center of Hunan Road, Yingjiang District, Anqing City, Anhui Province. The Wuhu Scenic Area covers a total of4.496 square kilometers on the ground. The Wuhu Scenic Area is rated as a 4A-level tourist attraction by the National Tourism Administration in 2011.

In 2007, the "Anhui Province Anqing Wuhu Scenic Area Comprehensive Remediation Project" won the "Chinese living environment example award". In 2011, after the evaluation of the National Tourism Bureau, Anqing Wuhu Scenic Area became a national 4A-level tourist attraction.
