Both are institutions that study and excavate cultural properties and buried cultural properties of Nara, but the Kashihara Archaeological Research Institute is Nara Prefectural, while the Nara Cultural Property Research Institute is a national (German law) research institute. Excavated items and stone monuments were exhibited mainly on the Kitora Tomb and Takamatsuzuka Tomb, and I was able to appreciate it quietly. There was a museum in the cluster of ancient burial mounds that seems to have continued here even after 1400 years of ancient Asuka land.
