We visited these structures after a hike up to Abbe Liqanos monastery, with good views over Axum. Worth the short drive out of Axum.

Astonishing site
These are remarkable structures they contain two tombs and it is advised to have a torch to see them.

At the top of a hill with a beautiful view, this site is small but worth a visit. Being a flashlight.
Amazing landscape
Look far to Eritrea side and remember Adwa battle field. To the right side of that place with its rich landscapes, you are in King Kaleb and his son King Gebre Meskal tombs. Great rocks with different...
