Just in front of the Cathedral, large plaza with bandstand which hosted many evening and night carnival events.

Beautiful cathedral

There's a fountain outside that you can walk through and get wet. The cathedral itself doesn't look great on the outside but inside it's truly captivating.

Great musical shows outdoors and free

A lot of fun to watch and listen to Carnaval bands playing, The show is free and crowed but festive and friendly except watch out for thieves. It is a free then you meet every type.
