Made to wait outside in the cold and rain

Session times adverstised online but what they don't tell you is if you arrive ten minutes early you can't go in or sit in the cafe you have to wait outside in the cold. Ridiculous!

FREEZING!!!!

Overall the facility is a bit tired but the kids don’t mind. However, visit can be summed up in one word….FREEZING! Staff say the kids don’t mind…fair enough…but paying parents, grandparents do mind....
