    Not that great

    Mildly interesting. Not much to see. The story is interesting in that prisoners and prostitutes provided the labor to make the water retrieval device work.

    If you're in the neighborhood, take a look

    We stumbled across this while just walking around town. It's a pretty unusual-looking machine/art/statue/??? Worth a stop if you're nearby. I'd sure like to see it operate!

    Great Story

    Part of our Gate 1 walk tour. Located right next to St Stephen's. The story about the convicts and prostitutes operating the well was more interesting than just seeing the structure.
