Access is a little inconvenient compared to other Hagi tourist spots, and you will have to climb steep stone steps. However, the view was very good and I could see the ruins of Hagi Castle.
Chinese Kannon Sacred Ground Fudasho in Tamae, Hagi. It is located on a hill overlooking the sea, and you can see Kannon-do from a distance. Kannon-do is located up the steep stone steps. From Kannon-do, you can see the ruins of Hagi Castle and Mt. Shigetsu in front of you.
