This place is really beautiful. I’ve been living in hartsville for years and this is one of my favorite places to visit. The best part is that it’s free.
Nice Way to Spend a Couple of Hours in Good Weather
While we enjoyed walking the dirt trails and the boardwalks, we did not see all the beautiful flowers mentioned by other reviewers. We were here mid April so maybe it was not the time of year for them...
Beautiful grounds and home
So many beautiful trees, shrubs, and flowers surrounding this old home. Of course it would be more beautiful had everything been flowering like in spring but it was still beautiful. We enjoyed having...
Needs work
Great area for outdoor adventures but the boardwalk in the swamp is in serious need of rework...orbis also too low to the water level which would allow snakes and even a gator if in the area to easily...
Beautiful park!
Very nice place, clean place, ideal for family outings, hiking and meditation. I went in the beginning of the spring, I want to go back in the summer.
