Opposite Hasu across the street of Hinojuku Honjin. It is a facility that utilizes the building that used to be the Hino Branch of Hachioji Shinkin Bank. There is also a reference room for Hinojuku, and the inn on the Koshu road, Hinojuku, is between Fuchujuku and Hachiojijuku.
