The big plum tree is beautiful.

    Original Text

About 3 minutes to the right at the bus terminal signal in front of Hino Station. The main hall can be seen from the Chuo Line. A temple of the Shingon sect Chiyama school. The principal image is Dainichi Nyorai. The detailed history of the temple is not clear, but it is said that there is a record of the opening of the temple in 1606. 2 The book is known for its large ginkgo trees, weeping plum trees that bloom wonderful flowers in spring.

    Immediately from Hino station

    Original Text

It is a temple called Mt. Nichiwa and is the principal image of Dainichi Nyorai. It seems that the foundation is not certain, and in the early 17th century, there was a strong theory that the temple was founded as a betto temple of Yakushiji by the monk Kakushin. You can see that the surrounding area is a place that flourished from Nara and Heian to the medieval period without the improvement of the Koshu Kaido by the Edo Shogunate ~. It looks like a temple with a long history, but both the shrine and the shrine office have a new and modern atmosphere. The planting is properly cut and the precincts ...

    It's near Hino station.

JR It is about a 5-minute walk from Hino Station. It looks like a historic temple of the Shingon sect, but the current main hall and mountain gate are new.

When I went to school and commuting, I looked through the window.

When I was an infant, I went to a nursery school about 7~ 8 minutes from here. There were rice fields around this temple. The big trees are impressive and I have memories in my child's heart. Now the surrounding area is a store and house. What remains the same now and in the past is that you can look at it from the train on the Chuo Line. Now it is an orderly temple surrounded by a moat. A good view with a well-maintained garden and a large ginkgo tree soaring high.
