Zhaohui Temple is located in the north of Luoyang Bridge on Wan'an Street. It was built during the Northern Song Dynasty when Luoyang Bridge was built. It has undergone three major repairs in Ming Jiajing's 28 years (1549), Qingdao Guangqian (1827) and Xianfeng 7 years (1857). After thousands of years of wind and rain, Zhaohui Temple is not the same, and it was also repaired in the 1980s, and left a stone monument to record.

Zhaohui Temple is also called the Haishen Temple, built on the original site of "Zhenhaigu" built in the early Tang Dynasty. Luoyang Zhaohui Temple was expanded in the Northern Song Dynasty in 1053.
