My partner and I spent three nights in the rainforest, one in the north and two in the south.The benefit of travelling north is that it is better organised, better protected and there are more pristine rainforests. However, because of the dense forest it is difficult to see animals, so if you want to see more animals, I recommend seeing more wildlife in the south.
