GGuest User: The hotel is in a very convenient location: 10 minutes walk from the train station, on the embankment. It was not indicated anywhere, so I will write that there is a mini-fridge in the room (water in it is paid, but you can not take it, and use the refrigerator). The bathroom, as we say, is separate. Nearby is an intersection with a roundabout, it is noisy with the windows open, but quiet at night.

GGuest User: We stayed at Hotel San Desiderio for four nights, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring, making us feel as if we were staying in our own home rather than a hotel. Their warm hospitality made our trip even more special. The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the beach and the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spotless and well maintained throughout our stay. We also loved the atmosphere of the hotel, which is beautifully decorated with photographs and paintings that give it a unique and artistic charm. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Hotel San Desiderio to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and authentic place to stay. We would be happy to return in the future.

GGuest User: Really nothing to say, great welcome, lots of advice for visiting the region, very family-friendly, super well located, the view is magnificent, the room was great, the breakfast perfect, after a good road trip in Italy, it is by far the best hotel where we stopped, I recommend 200%

GGuest User: The hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!

🏛️The Coppedè Quarter (Quartiere Coppedè) was built between 1916 and 1927, designed by Florentine architect Gino Coppedè. He envisioned it as a "city within a city" for wealthy Romans, diplomats, and bankers. The result is a stunning space where every house tells its own unique story. What to look out for: 3 main highlights 🏰1. The Arch of the Embassies (Palazzi degli Ambasciatori) — This is the main entrance to the neighborhood from Via Tagliamento. The arch connects two buildings and immediately sets the vibe for the entire area: massive lions, a mask of Minerva, and a wrought-iron chandelier under the vault. This is exactly where you realize that what lies ahead isn't your "typical Rome." ⛲️🐸2. The Fountain of the Frogs (Fontana delle Rane) in Piazza Mincio. This is the beating heart of the quarter. The Baroque-style fountain, featuring frogs and shells, is a nod to Bernini's work, but Coppedè added his own signature touch: the composition feels like a mashup of different eras. According to a local urban legend, in the summer of 1965, the Beatles jumped into this fountain fully clothed after a gig at the Piper Club. There’s no hard proof, but the story fits the vibe of the place perfectly. 3. 🕷️🕸️The Spider Palace (Palazzo del Ragno) and 🛖🧚♀️The House of the Fairies (Villini delle Fate). The Spider Palace is easy to spot thanks to the mosaic above the entrance: a spider in a golden web. Here, the spider serves as a symbol of infinity (with its 8 legs and 8 eyes). The facade is decked out with lions, griffins, and horses — looking like something straight out of an Assyrian-Babylonian bestiary. ✨The House of the Fairies is made up of three asymmetrical buildings with turrets, arches, and frescoes. There's a sundial hidden on one of the facades that most people completely miss. The intricate details pay homage to Florence, Venice, and Rome: if you look closely at the balconies, you can spot Romulus and Remus with the she-wolf, winged lions, and other iconic symbols. Save this for your next trip! 👍⚡️

Cinque Terre isn’t just a place… it’s five colourful dreams stitched onto cliffs by the sea. 💙 Turquoise waves that flirt with the rocks. 💛 Lemon groves whispering secrets in the sun. ❤️ Houses stacked like a drunk game of Jenga but somehow… perfect. Yes, it’s pricey (your cappuccino might need a small loan ☕💸), but nature’s masterpiece doesn’t come cheap. You pay in euros and in calories — because those hikes? Whew. 🥵 Bring your hiking shoes, a camera, and maybe a portable oxygen tank. But then… you turn a corner, see the view, and suddenly forget your aching knees. Beauty like this doesn’t ask if you’re ready — it just knocks the wind out of you (literally). ✨ Worth every step, every euro, every sweaty climb. #CinqueTerre #NatureTherapy #HikeNowWineLater #StairMasterWho #ViewsOverShoes

雨菲依然Cinque Terre, located on the Italian coast in the province of La Spezia, Liguria, is a collective name for five cliffside villages: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. In 1997, Cinque Terre, along with Portovenere, the Palmaria Islands, Tino, and Tinetto, were nominated for UNESCO World Heritage status, and in 1999, they were designated a national park. Many tourists choose to hike among these five villages to experience the beauty of the Italian countryside. For those who prefer a less strenuous experience, shorter hiking trails or train journeys are available. Alternatively, one can stay in a guesthouse for a while, focusing solely on the charm of the fishing villages.
水漫三楼The Old Port is a lively port on the Ligurian Sea coast, with attractions such as an outdoor live music venue, a film museum and a covered seasonal ice-skating rink. The area around the port is full of waterfront shops, casual bars and restaurants, and is also home to Genoa's large aquarium and the domed floating Biosfera Zoo. There is also a marina, ferry terminal and a replica of a 17th-century Spanish galleon.
刚出新手村的冒险者The seawater here is clear, the sand is fine, and at low tide you can see the soft lines of the beach extending outwards, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll and careful observation. Sitting on the shore and listening to the sound of the sea gives you a feeling of "finally relaxing."
