Small but educational
We stopped by this small museum after we finished visiting the Heisenji-Hakusan Shrine, mostly to kill time before the bus back to Katsuyama station arrived. It is located in front of the bus stop at ...
By stopping by first, you can also know the whole picture of Heisenji Temple, which is still being excavated, and the belief in Hakusan. I also learned the theory that Tojinbo, famous for its cliffs in the Sea of Japan, was named here for the first time. Although it continues to be steadily excavated, there are still many unclear things, and it can be understood that it was a wide range of precincts.
I found the exhibition hall "Mahoroba" by the advance investigation, and I thought that I could see the whole historical picture. I arrived at the parking lot of Hakusan Heisenji Temple and was nearby. The information board said "free", so I went here first. I disinfected my hands and measured the temperature, and entered the address and name in the Yoshimyocho. The exhibits were about the history of Heisenji Temple, but the spectacle was not good enough. Admission time 15 minutes ended.
It is a museum located at the entrance of Hakusan Shrine. It is a facility where you prepare to some extent before visiting Hakusan Shrine. The hall is beautiful and I think it's a good idea to stop by and take a break before visiting the shrine.
It will be the starting point for Hakusan worship. It has been selected as one of the 100 best roads in Japan and 100 best Kaori landscapes, and you can feel the history.
