Ardross Castle

Brilliant

This is a great ruined castle which looks out to sea. Its in a wonderful location and the views are pleasant.

Whets the appetite to learn more on the East Neuk

Fantastic views and access to Ardross Farm shop is close by. There is not much left of Ardross but the walk along the coastal path more then makes up for this

So worth a visit. Needs to have a plaque explaining the history though ( I’m a history nerd so was disappointed)

Stunning

Had an amazing time rambling on the coast of Elie did the walk to crail very challenging especially if the ground is wet. The views where stunning all round. It's a must for any hiker walker.

In effect a ruin.

Very scenic location with + lovely views across the forth, + dates from 15th century, = in effect a ruin.
