    It's right behind the Palais Présidentiel. I went to see the mosque because I wanted to see it, but the atmosphere of pagan Asians seemed unwelcome (Unlike Cameroon, Gabonese tend to discriminate against Asians). I didn't have to go all the way and it was behind the presidential residence, so the surrounding security was extremely tight and uncomfortable.
